Vaya Sigmas is a brand and communication strategist and creative director based in Brussels. Since founding Atelier Sigmas in 2016, she has worked with founders, decision-makers and their teams to clarify what their brand stands for, shape how it expresses itself and build coherent, distinctive brand worlds.

With nearly 20 years of experience across international organisations, public institutions, corporate environments and creative industries, she combines strategic thinking with creative direction. Originally trained in socio-political sciences and international relations before specialising in photography, art direction and luxury business management, she brings a broad cultural, socioeconomic and geopolitical perspective to brand building.

Alongside her consulting work, she delivers talks, workshops and strategic programmes, notably for public agency WBDM (Wallonie-Bruxelles Design Mode), and publishes Notes from the Atelier, a monthly editorial platform exploring brands, culture and creativity.
